Hi folks,

Less than 2 days to go before BarCamp so we’ve a few last minute bits and pieces for you.

• Friday Night Meet Up - We’re arranging an informal meet up for anyone who’s in town on Friday night - 8pm, DaVinci’s, Culmore Rd. Come and say hello to a few fellow BarCampers.
• Timings - Here’s the rough running order for Saturday:
  • 9am - 10am Registration, teas and coffees
  • 10am - 1pm Talks
  • 1pm - 2pm Lunch (free pizza & soft drinks)
  • 2pm - 5pm Talks
  • 5:30pm - 8:30pm After party (with a free drink or two until the money runs out)
• Parking - There’s free parking at the University.
• Speakers Schedule - A few people have asked if there is a schedule for who’s speaking, when and where. In short, no. Anyone who would like to speak can add their talk to the big board when they arrive - you can choose your own time and room.
• Where - BarCamp kicks off in the Great Hall of the main building at Magee campus (the big castle-looking building). Go through reception and go up the stairs to the right. You can find directions to Magee here.
• Sunday - If you’re still in town on Sunday we’ll probably be meeting up for a spot of Sunday lunch - more details on the day and on Twitter.
• Tea and Coffee - Some kick-ass coffee will be available throughout the day courtesy of Andrew at Bean and Gone. Contributions to cover costs are appreciated and any excess will go to Foyle Hospice.
